200,000 lbs/hr. Rentech HRSG with Supplemental Duct Burner. Type “O” Boiler. This Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) was designed for use with a Solar Titan 130 combustion turbine. Rated for 200k PPH at a MAWP of 400 PSIG with Feedwater Flow of 400 GPM at 228F. Includes: Natural gas fired duct burner system and fuel skid with gas train and flame supervision, rated at 136 MMBTU/h; Evaporator: "O" type tube arrangement with steam drum and mud drum, 2" tubes; Bypass Stack: 50 ft x 76" diameter; Exhaust Stack: 50 ft x 76" diameter; Economizer: Finned tube single pass. Boiler Control System: BMS - PLC controlled burner management system, CCS - combustion control system, HMI touch screen, Allen Bradley plc and HMI. All breaching and interconnected duct work is included. All new fabricated Ladders Gratings and Hardware are included. 3-D modeling of the complete boiler system including auxiliaries to assist in the system layout and to avoid costly installation fit-up issues is available. System was manufactured for a cancelled project and never installed. All available drawings and manuals will be included.

This Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) was designed for use with a Solar Taurus 60 combustion turbine. Built in 2016 it has very low hours. Maximum Steaming Capacity: 31,500 lb/hr, Heating Surface: 24,471 sq. ft.; Temperature: 500 F, Tubes 700 F. Very Good Conditon. Only ran for 12-18 Months before being idled. Bought new in 2016. Ran for 12 Months then shut down when owner couldn't pay loan. New company purchased and ran in 2018 for 6 months. HRSG Length: 38 Feet, HRSG Width: 16.3 Feet; Height 15.5 Feet; Stack Height: 45’. All available drawings and manuals are included. Shutdown due to economic reasons the equipment is listed in good condition and available immediately.
